Hi, I commute using spd pedals. I've just bought some Shimano winter road boots (RWO2) and they have three holes for the cleats, similar to Look cleats? I want to attach spd cleats to the RW02s so I can swap shoes on warmer days and for more easier walking. I have seen some 'Crank Brothers Quattro Cleats' on ebay - they they look like a converter for Look to spd cleats. Will these do the
