From The Telegraph. "A 22-year-old barmaid with psychiatric problems took her own life, an inquest heard. Colleen Casey, of Springfield Avenue, Shipley, was found hanging in an upstairs room at her home. Her partner, Selma Bham, made the grim discovery, cut her down from the roof and called an ambulance. Miss Casey was partly resuscitated but never regained consciousness and died at Bradford

No, not as a result of a nuclear/terrorist attack killing everyone ahead of him in the line of presidential succession when he was Secretary of State or Attorney General. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_P._Rogers for a brief biography.) Rather, what I have in mind is this: Rogers was mentioned as one of the people Nixon might appoint as vice-president after Agnew's resignation.
