Didn't see Jimmy Burns anywhere here, thought he was a pretty well known Chicago act, John Primer, Carl Weathersby?, saw Magic Slim mentioned. Thought there were a number of young and upcoming players in the area I was seeing at the jam sessions. Eric Davis, Saw Mike Wheeler several times and really liked him also. I think Albert Collins would be on the not around any more list :P So no we haven't gone to see him BUT one time we were driving to a show somewhere in Chicago and as we drove by a White Castle, Dick Shurman said that's where he and Albert went for sliders...
