Greetings, On this eve of the end of these newsgroups, I thought I would do some reflection on the newsgroups, myself and Messenger. The first Messenger group was microsoft.public.windowsxp.messenger which was intended for Windows Messenger in Windows XP (which at the time was the same as MSN Messenger). When I arrived in the group in 2001, the only one monitoring the posts was then NetMeeting

See if disabling email scanning resolves the behavior. The issue also happen in the outlook client of another user. Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f28e3, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 8.0.6001.18904, stamp 4b8617a4, debug? 0, fault address 0x000031dd. issue usually occurs when click on several mail to read them and error occurs faster if he open the reading pane. Dear PA Bear, The error occurs when they try to copy some email. But it is not always repeated when their open the same mails. We are using Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition10.1.6.6000. By default it scan incoming and out-going email. I need further checking on the application they are running for when the issue occurs.
