This is Usenet - Many smokers hang out here. You can only do what you know you should according to *you* Cheri or someday you may regret it. If you spend enough time on researching what smoking does to your body then you would gain plenty of strength to carry on with the quit. If you don't put in the time then you might not feel motivated to take the time to do what is good for your body
