Hi Robbie6, In most tables I create, I add a yes/no field which I call "selected". The ability of marking records (individually or in bulk, via update queries), in addition of course to selecting records by other criteria via other queries, comes in quite handy when I want to be able to print, delete, export the "selected" records.
