Flew from NYC to Denver on Friday night. Bought some needed gear for me and my companion on Saturday and stayed in Rinker Cabin at Mount Elbert Lodge. Rose at 6am and started the hike from the Lakeview Campground at 7am. Took about 6 hours for the ascent and 3 hours for the decent.
