I need to retrieve a deleted contact lost via activesync, accidentally deleted the contacts on the phone and then sycronised and it wiped them from the PC aswell! -is there anyway to recover these contacts?

I would like to have clear and detailed step by step explanations how to retrieve my archived calendar in Outlook 2007. I didn't know it was activated and I just realized that everything prior to May 2008 has been archived. No matter what tried, I just can't get it back. I am quite desperate I must say. Thanks a bunch.
