How to restore Outlook data from backups is posted here on a daily basis. A third party utility would...had a backup to an external hard drive. Reloaded all software, did "Bounceback" restore, which has me select files to restore. I restored microsoft files, outlook files, etc., but my outlook is not restored - folders, contacts, calendar, etc. not there. Since my email is webbased, ...

I had a backup to an external hard drive. Reloaded all software, did "Bounceback" restore, which has me select files to restore. I restored microsoft files, outlook files, etc., but my outlook is not restored - folders, contacts, calendar, etc. not there. Since my email is webbased, I retrieved those. I need elementary level help, please. thanks
