Hello Friends, My original visa was valid from Oct 1st, 2005 to Oct 1st, 2008. Just 3 months ago I changed my employer and I got new visa papers that is valid till March 2011. I also received my new I-94 valid till March 2011. I am on vacation in India and will return to USA in 2 weeks. Hi, My current visa stamp of H1B is expiring on Sep 2008. I alreay have new I129 extended upto 2010 with new employer. My Questions are: 1. Can I leave USA and can reenter to USA before my current H1B visa stamp expires? or Do I need to restemp with new H1b extention? 2. Can I go to Canada for my H1b visa restamping with new extention? I am from India so can I get it restamped at Canada
