Simply put: If those parents provided a stable, loving, disciplined environment for those children, the vast majority of school shootings would not occur. However, parents have long since abdicated their responsibility for raising and disciplining their children, assuming that the schools will take care of it, then pissing on the schools when they try, so the schools in turn decided they
