On replies & forwards - annoying blue text

When I reply to an email, it uses annoying blue text. I can't see anyplace that I can turn that off. I have Outlook 2000. Does anyone know something about how to stop this annoying behavior? Regards, Alan

I think its include the original in the reply. Outlook doesn't support the option to choose it on the fly - I add...? Conversation? We have just moved from Notes to Outlook 2007. I set the default to reply to messages without the history. However, sometimes I want to include it and its a pain if I use the forward button - especially when there are a lot of recipients. I could do this with the click of a button in Lotus Notes. Can anyone help? Thks
