I could get "Remould Quality" Pirelli Cinturatos very cheaply in Leeds Ca 1970. I fitted them to my 1961 A35 van. I always wondered why the kingpins only lasted a couple of years. ... will pickle our brains because we spend too long phoning home on them due to the frustration of crawling along the congested motorways at hideously dangerous speeds which are 30 mph below what we used to do almost fifty years ago on crash gearboxes, remould crossplys and drum brakes. I saw a guy the other day, he wasn't wearing a seat belt. Bet he drinks Carling Black Label.
