Start with the Address Book only rule and as you get messages you want from people not in your Address Book, (E-mail from businesses, bills, your ISP, etc.), you can add them to the rule. What does "whitelist" mean? Do you mean a message rule that only allows messages from those in your address book? If so, what if you have a very large address book, will such a rule slow down downloading your email for a long time? one word - Whitelist ! http://www.worldstart.com/tips/tips.php/915 You can select if you want suspect SPAM to be deleted from the server or just to go to the deleted folder "just in case" or whatever you want it to do. Remeember to Apply Now all after changes. And it goes w/o saying, Turn off the Preview Pane and read email in HTML only! you will be amazed how effective this is using
