... that Phalak is, would it not be best described as a 'resettlement village'? It is not a "refugee camp", the occupants are 'no longer' refugees, they are home in their native country. I have certainly not read ...a thousand words. The way I see it is that these Hmongs are refugees from lies and false hopes given to them by people with an agenda....
