    <description><![CDATA[....    I don't see it as a physical problem at all. �It is a fascist problem  only. �    Compounded with peak oil.    We have the energy we need to be totally independent of the rest of  the world. �    It requires some changes in attitudes and habits, but you are  basically correct.
