I use wince to format NANDflash then it pass and boot up wince500 successfully. 1.i use debug tool :nerase 0 4096 2.nprog 0 boot.nb0 3.then download NK.bin to NANDflash Then wince format the nandflash disk and OK. So the problem is the format procedure in my bootloader for 128M is not suitable to 512M(this 4Gbit nandflash) Now I check the format routine. Maybe it's FAT or root
