All he is being told is that the NFLPA has OKed the draft in its labor negotiations with the NFL, so if you want to play in the NFL you must abide by these rules. Don't like the rules? Urge the NFLPA to change them in the next round of labor negotiations, or go play somewhere else. Simple, really.
