We may see some surfboards as props in the background throughout the years, but I believe the only time surfing is ever mentioned is in the "Paradise Cove" episode. I remember Jim saying something about C.C. Calloway badgering the surfers, while Calloway does so. I've never seen any ridable surf at Paradise Cove in any of the episodes, it's always flat.
