Hello, I have additional information about the bug. As it was the opportunity to try "git bisect" I tried to find the commit that introduced the regression this way. I took the 1.1.7 version as the "good" version (I tested, it created the iso with a deep directory structure ok) and 1.1.8 as the "bad" version, in git terms. I used a small "test.sh" script that rebuilt genisoimage each time
