I work in physicians office and I would like to use outlook 2003 to schedule patient surgeries but I need a little direction. Would you need to create a contact for each patient scheduled for surgery? and Is there a way to edit the appointment template? Thanks. Chris

Have recently using Outlook 2003. I have esperienced a problem - some of my mail that I have sent (and is in sent folder) has not been received by person I sent it to. Is there a problem here? What can I do to fix?
