..., I have rebuilt his profile from scratch, and none of it seems to help. He is using the Qurb plug-in, but he had updated to the CA Anti-Spam a while back which caused another problem where mail would get stuck in his outbox. I uninstalled CA Anti-Spam and put back Qurb, and that problem is gone. I have never seen this before, has anybody else? JD

...E-mail and that it was automatically moved to the Junk E-mail folder but when I open the Junk E-mail folder, nothing is there. Why am I getting this message? I am also using Qurb and suspect that messages being quarantined are the same ones that would have gone into the Junk E-mail folder. I don't recall Outlook ever issuing such a message. On all the installations I've seen...

Junk Mail

... periodically I get the notice that Outlook has downloaded a message that appears to be Junk E-mail and that it was automatically moved to the Junk E-mail folder but when I open the Junk E-mail folder, nothing is there. Why am I getting this message? I am also using Qurb and suspect that messages being quarantined are the same ones that would have gone into the Junk E-mail folder.

My solution was to start using CA Anti-Spam from http://home2.ca.com/DRHM/servlet/ControllerServlet?Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&SiteID=caconsum&Locale=en_US&Env=BASE&productID=50708500 This is the old "Qurb" product. It seems to be 100%% effective at blocking spam.
