    <description><![CDATA[... market was about $4 for 4 liters  (slightly more than 1 gallon). Of course, we army personnel could buy  <b>quartermaster</b> gasoline at about the same price as in the US at that  time (probably about 30 cents).(In those occupation ... on the  German market was if we were so unfortunate as to need it when we  weren't close to a <b>quartermaster</b> station.
