... copping the most vile abuse because his airline had had to cancel flights due to weather. As if he could do something about it. I've seen similar abuse in Australia, and had words with passengers in front of me in the queue for abusing staff, but not at the level of the TV show. But this takes the cake. The people in this article are absolutely beneath contempt.
