Could you be more specific about what you are doing? What is JFlash? When I see that I think that maybe you are JTAGing the bootloader onto the board, but you keep showing what looks like an IP Address which I don't understand. When you say "connected" what do you mean? There are so many different ways to "connect" to the board that we can't possibly know what you know. -- Bruce Eitman

I'm having trouble understanding what you're doing. But if you're saying that you're trying to downoad an eboot.nb0 that wasn't targeted at your specific board then NO, it will not work. An eboot that was built for the MainstoneII board will only run on the MainstoneII board and no other. -- Dean Ramsier - eMVP BSQUARE Corporation "satishg via PocketPCJunkies.com" <u45396@uwe> wrote

Did the eboot.nb0(192.29.8.102) release from Marvell? Maybe It have the release notes, and you can read it first. If you have the source codes, you can compare them with tools, like windiff.exe. Is the eboot.nb0(192.29.8.101) OK to download the same image? If yes, you may compare the differenece between these two eboot. I have to assume that the device has a small backup battery that allows it to run for a short time with the battery removed. -- Bruce Eitman (eMVP) Senior Engineer beitman AT applieddata DOT net Applied Data Systems www.applieddata.net An ISO 9001:2000 Registered Company Microsoft WEP Gold-level Member "max" <mzennaro@texa.it> wrote in message news:1173186566.191552.119890@h3g2000cwc

Dear all, some people showed me an handheld device from hp with a nice behaviour: 1) launch some applications 2) remove battery pack 3) insert battery pack 4) the device restart quickly with the applications in the previous state I am very surprised because the pxa27x comes out of deep-sleep only with one register preserved (pspr) How can I achieve the same goal? Thank you very
