I finished Book Two (Humphries) this afternoon over a late lunch of Greek lamb at a diner. I did flip back and forth between Humphries, Hughes, and the World's Classics edition (translation by A.D. Melville). Like Greg, I found Hughes' verse very engaging; however, it's "Tales from Ovid," and it's abridged.
