.... Uninstalling and reinstalling rarely addresses this type of problem. Try scanning the PST with thre Inbox Repair Tool, which should be on Programs>Microsoft Office>Office Tools. If you don't see it there, it's %%ProgramFiles%%\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe. If that doesn't help, try a new mail profile. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
