Assuming that Month is really a date field and not a text field containing things like Jan 08. And that you have a start date parameter. And that you want one year of data I think the following untested query may come close to doing what you want. Parameters [Start Date] DateTime; SELECT ProductGroup , [State Name] , 4-DateDiff("q",Month,[Start Date]) as Quarter , Sum(WU) as Units

I have the following: ------------------------------ 1. Stock driver's seat and rear pillon (passenger cushion/seat) for 2004 VSTAR 1100 Classic Silverado. Perfect condition. Both together, $150. The seat and pillon have the Silverado silver studs on them. 2. These are the stock pipes that were replaced after barely a couple of hundred miles. Complete with both pipes. $200. Fits 2004 VSTAR

Thanks, but in this case all I had to do was change the column widths to 0,0,0,6 which left only the 'Description' column, and left all the others hidden. I have a Combo box selecting products in a customer price-list. The columns displayed in this combo box are: 'ProdID', 'Unit', 'Description', with ProdID as the bound column. But I want the Combo to display in the order: 'Description', 'Unit', 'ProdID'. (With the ProdID as the bound column as before.) I need to use the 'Description' as an autolookup. For some reason I cannot
