    <description><![CDATA[...pump quit, but  lots of my neighbors did have a mess. Everyone lost food, including  the supermarkets, and there was very little choice as to where to  eat, because no one had power during the blackout, and when the  <b>powerr</b> slowly came back on, they had to restock their food.
