I have SPS 2003 running on a non-standard port (10269) and having a problem using the spsuserutil. When I use: spsuserutil -o analyze -r -newdomain domain -usermap c:\portalusers.xml -asu -ac -url http://server:10269 > Portal can not be found error spsuserutil -o analyze -r -newdomain domain -usermap c:\portalusers.xml -asu -ac -url http://server.domain.com:10269 > Runtime error is displayed
