Hi, No you definatly do not have to use the default site in IIS. In fact we NEVER use it. There is too much else happening with it in most situations. OWA, Sharepoint and SRS etc. all use the default site (which needs to be on 80 for SRS). We create a new site and install to that. We also use a port other than 80, generally 8083 or somthing. Nothing fancy needed when adding users
