Thanks very much for your respond. 1) New record: I know about NewRecord property. But it was something different I was talking about: visual presentation of new record in data editor (data grid). 2) There were no combo-boxes in PC FAND but it was very easy to implement similar functionality. In data editor there were so called "exit procedures" (similar to event procedures in Access).
