.... Really nice. Also interesting to me, previously, restaurants marketed a fish called Chilean Sea Bass, which sounds vaguely exotic. I once read that some marketers changed that name from Patagonian Toothfish, because the latter name wouldn't sell well. Farrah Olivia has apparently readopted the previous name probably because it now sounds even more exotic than Chilean Sea Bass. ...
