Yep, you need a special screen and two projectors with one each of the stereo pairs using polorized filters in 90 degree angles to each other. A way to see how this works is to take a pair of polorized sunglasses and rotate them while looking at glare in a window. you will see it get darker because the wave pattern in the light will be cancled out. Anaglyph uses the same idea with red and green

Hello, I am often using panorama factory. The free edition would leave marking on the edge of your final print. I understand that you will have things in the forefront, that is near the camera. If you proceed the simple way (adjusting photos next to each other) you will have several infinite points, which is quite bearable if nothing is near the camera, but will show as distortion otherwise
