Package: firmware-iwlwifi Version: 0.10 Severity: minor Hi, I don't know whether this should be reported for this package or in the kernel packaage that implements the iwlwifi module. I have a Lenovo X60 tablet with a 2.6.24 kernel. The wireless works all right but the wifi led is always off. Thanks! Patricio -- System Information

Package: firmware-iwlwifi Version: 0.10 Severity: minor Hi, I don't know whether this should be reported for this package or in the kernel packaage that implements the iwlwifi module. I ran the installation today and I got a similar error. It installed one part of two packages and then it asked me for the VS 2005 CD's after restart. And gave me the error you are talking about. After cancelling and running the packaage again, it seemed to have installed the other package too. So I guess the setup goes like... run setup.exe ---- automated restart ---- cancel setup --- rerun
