I suggest that there no open transactions using this item and that the PO is matched and paid. I also suggest NOT changing it on the backend as it is not a clean process. ---Darryl Bajaro "Jim" wrote: Darryl, I got past the edit transactions issue. I can successfully run the process. Darryl, I got past the edit transactions issue. I can successfully run the process. However it won't update the item I specify because there is an open PO for this item. The item has been received but not matched or paid. There are also several historical transactions for this item. If the PO is matched and paid, will I be able to update this item or is there another way past this
