I just rename the bank for each account.For example Vanguard #1,Vanguard #2 and so on.Let it search for the bank.Now you can have a different username/password for multiple accounts at a given brokerage. Ev, Which version of Money are you using and what is the brokerage in question? Try any suggestions you get here on a copy of your Money file. Something that you might try is to stop using online services for that particular brokerage and then try setting the two accounts up again. To do so, from your "Account list" page under Common tasks on the left panel, click on Manage online services
