I don't think there is a blog entry, but you should be able to find the information if you search for the KB number (sorry, don't have it handy) on Microsoft's support site. My ON files are on the server, but when I try to open them directly on the server (from a wks) I get the old problem with it asking for a password, even though there is none (indicative of cache/offline files problems). If I copy them onto the wks, I can open them fine, however....
