autoplay.exe is not a valid Win32 application when ever i try to play any sims or command and conquer game i get this error message. i even bought brand new discs...these games used to work now they dont. i ran it in safe mode and it says the administrator will not allow this to be installed or read or something like that. I have tried everything. please help -- please...

Hello All, I hope this is not too basic of a question! I have XPe installed and running, and then installed an older third party application. The installation went ok, but when I try to run the application I get the error message "... is not a valid Win32 application". Is there something I am forgeting to include or enable?
