... and the Irish Bushmills Rum Cask. Both are singles. I purposely decided to try some other nation's single malts and was so pleasantly surprised. The Glen Breton was very much like a scotch whisky. It's a peated malt and has a character all its own. ... away. I had no idea an Irish single would be so different from a Scotch single. I remember hearing an interview of the distillery owner talking about the 8yr. They did it cause they simply needed to generate the income :) Colin.
