Ha jól értettem a célt, akkor a lapon különböző téglalap-alakú területek lennének különböző színnel. Én Word 2007-ben ezt például táblázattal csinálnám meg, és azt a kitöltéssel színezném tetszés szerint. A lap színe - nevéből adódóan is - az egész lapra, margón kívülre is hat.
