... me (probably 3 or 4 times in 20 years) on most times on PT the staff just shrug & piss off into the night. And PT fails me *way* more often than my car. Ah yes, but say that in uk.gricers and some nutter...taxpayer's money as possible and can't be expected to find time pay any interest to such un-railway like notions as "customers" or "service".
