Move Contacts To New Folder - Outlook 2007

I am new to Outlook 2007. I copied all of my contacts from a prior version of Outlook on another computer and they are now all in a single "contacts" folder. I would like to "split them up" into business contacts and personal contacts. Can I easily copy (or move) them from one folder to another?

I am new to Outlook and need some help setting up my account. I have an email account where I work and we use outlook, it is setup on the computer at work, but I was told that I can access it from home, I am not sure how to do it. I have my login and password, what else do I need and how do I do it. Thanks for all the help Chefmike
