It's one of the most festive times of the entire calendar year. It's when people cluster together and revel in fresh starts and remember fondly the events of the past 12 months. It's when people make resolutions to improve their lives for the upcoming year. It's when more booze is imbibed than just about any other time. It's New Year's Eve! And I couldn't give less of a damn.
