Do you mean the Hotmail web site(msn portal) or via OE, OL, Msn Explorer. A free account will not be available via OE, OL, WM(Vista) or MSn Explorer. Has this ever worked? HTTP is for Hotmail/MSN. I wouldn't expect your school to use that. Outlook Web access uses your web browser (Internet Explorer) not Outlook Express.
