Vijay, If you are still looking, here is what I did. 1) Went to the ASPX page Program Files Common Files Microsoft Shared Web Server Extensions 12 Template Layouts 2) Opened "AclInv.aspx" in Notepad 3) Search for LabelText="<%%$Resources:wss,aclver_SendEmailCheckbox%%>" 4) Right above that line change Checked="True" to Checked="False" 5) Save and you are ready to go
