Oh haha Bristol Uk. That's a very kind thought but I've already got one - unfortunately the audio output went titsup last week (still under warranty) but it's a pain cause otherwise the thing appears to work just fine - all the EQ display, network, remote etc etc are fine - just no audio output and it's not muted :-p Yeah if you could let us know about your informal listeng tests it would be

Thanks Neil, sounds sporty for the Roku..over here its $179 which works out at about 95GBP !! maybe I should send you some over! Where in the UK are you? Im from Southampton but left 3 years ago for Hawaii... Will try the auditions and see which I prefer, havent heard about the ogg format but will see how it sounds! Yeah that sounds like an excellent deal ! For comparison the Roku M1001 which just broke here, was about £200 GBP, that's around $350 and it's an audio-only device :-o Soo much for EU pricing sheesh The product manual for the 520 says in supported audio formats: • MP3 (up to 320 kbps) • WAV & AIFF (AIFF files must be encoded in PCM format • WMA (Does not support WMA lossless, WMA Pro) •

Hi Neil, thanks for your reply. Its the new DSM 520 by D-Link not too bad for the money $159 from Circuit City. However only has a TV interface so obviously the TV has to be on to navigate. I found this piece of software 'Easy CD-DA Extractor' which converts files in batch and have used this output format, wma 9.2/11 at 320kbit/s 44kHz it seemed the best quality aside from my original lossless

OK after messing around with my Media Receiver I found the tracks and can play them..but the Album Info wasnt preserved so despite telling WME the output file info it didnt transfer....any Ideas on batch converting the entire CD colection as I can only get it to do one file at a time!
