...know DOC can't wear off-the-rack. So you've got the tearaway sections to allow access to the utility vest, access to lockpicks sewn into the collar, front and back shirt-tail impregnated with binary explosive compounds, etc. And when you think about it, Monk had to have spent nealry as much time as ham at the tailor. No like you can walk in a place and find a 58-EXTRA SHORT. Dave
