Hi We are trying to increase the amount of ram on our MX21 board from 64 to 128Mb. So far we can get eboot and windows ce5 to boot from CSD0 at 0x84000000 and start free ram at CSD1 at 0x88000000. this boot but then we are ignoring the last 20Mb in the CSD0 bank. It seem that as soon as we cross the banks form CSD0 to CSD1 using the windows file system we get the following error: Data

Hi, I am trying to bring a board with i.MX21s processor, but it fails when I try to initialize SDRAM to load bootloader.I am using Infineon's Mobile DRAM (HYE18L256160BF). The failure happens when I to set the precharge all command. The command is done by writing 0x92120300 to the SDRAM contol register (0xDF000000). However, when reading the register back, I get the value of 0x12120300

Hii I have some basic problems regarding the hardware too.....when we try to configure the minicom , we cant get it online....it always shows 'offline' after we set the settings and turn the board ON. we are stuck at this level now. leaving this apart..we opened target wizard and tried to build.when it was over we clicked 'deploy'. it got stuck at the last step sayin 'tftp connection

Hello, I'm using i.MX21 on the ADS eval board from freescale. I try to drive a monochrome display. The BSP is delivered to support a sharp display and I've modified initialisation code for LCD in OAL but as soon as I configure the monochrome mode (clear TFT and COLOR bits of LPCR register) the FLM and LP signal are stopped ? any clue, any experience in this domain ... Thanks a lot...i submitted the request. I am sure this is the "real thing"...i was misleaded by the website terminology for prebuilt images. They named the download as BSP's itself. Thanks a ton... I thought so too...that those files were pre-built OS images which i could flash directly to the board. But in the freescale website those files were in a zip called win CE BSP. There was no installer which installed the headers and libraries etc into the platform builder. It would be a great help if i am directed towards a resource where i can get them. The installer which integrates support
