> LOL! I'm having a very similar experience. Taking things that are second nature to me and putting them in writing (so I don't have to keep going through it with each new client). Oh man, you just reminded me....boss wants me to document some of the procedures at work that I've learned by "trial and error"....thankfully, he lets ME break stuff, so others don't have to.....goodie
